INTRODUCTION

Your use of the Padel Club website is subject to these Terms of Use and any other
terms, conditions or notices displayed on the Padel Club website («Website Terms»).
Padel Club may change the Website Terms from time to time by publishing an
updated version on the Padel Club website. By using or continuing to use the Padel
Club website you are deemed to accept and be bound by these Website Terms.

privacy due to any reason beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to
any act of God, war, terrorism, weather conditions, act of any government, regulatory
body or other telecom operator.

You acknowledge and agree that you may not have access to certain parts of the
Padel Club website if your computer does not include the appropriate technology.
You further acknowledge and agree that access to certain parts of the Padel Club
website may be restricted to Padel Club customers. While access to the Web Site is
currently free, Padel Club reserves the right to charge for access to some areas of
the Padel Club website. Users will be informed before entering any part for which
payment will be requested. Specific Terms and Conditions may be applicable for
these pay per use services.

information only. Padel Club has no obligation to update, to revise or to adapt such

and the like.

Padel Club does not give any guarantee for the files and programmes available on
the Internet and in particular does not accept any liability concerning any virus,
worm, Trojan horse etc. that may exist on the Internet and which could infect your
computer. You are solely responsible for the security of your access and you are
aware that you have to implement security measures such as firewalls, anti-virus
software, back-up and the like that you consider appropriate. You also acknowledge
and agree that Padel Club will not be responsible whatsoever concerning any direct
or indirect loss or damage that may result, following your connection to the Internet,
or any transaction, download, transfer of data and the like that you do or attempt by
using the Internet.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by the law in force in the State of Qatar. The
courts in the State of Qatar have non-exclusive jurisdiction for determining any
dispute concerning these Terms of Use.
